BULAT Research & Development Center is a high-tech platform for new IT software and hardware and telecommunications equipment.
BULAT R&D Center is a partner and a resident of Skolkovo.
BULAT R&D Center hosts a unique research laboratory for developed equipment testing. The laboratory meets all industry requirements, and allows performing the necessary tests before starting series manufacture of IT and telecommunications equipment.
BULAT R&D Center is aimed at solving urgent problems within the framework of the Digital Economy National Project.
It also develops Russian network operating systems for carrier-class switches and routers.
As a result of intensive R&D activities, BULAT R&D Center’s team has developed a modern line of IT and telecommunications equipment, which is in demand not only in Russia, but also internationally.
