< BULAT took part in Electric Networks Moscow International Forum
Electric Networks International Forum (IFES) was held in Moscow at VDNKh on March 22-25, 2022
It is an ambitious event in the electric power industry, aimed at discussing and solving the priority tasks of the electric grid complex, improving its reliability and efficiency, determining the main directions for import substitution, designed to unite the efforts of industry leaders to develop the electric grid complex, increase its reliability and efficiency.
At the forum, BULAT LLC together with Mikron JSC, NIIET JSC, and Avtopribor presented BULAT-32, a 100% Russian smart electricity meter, and BULAT-24, which is another promising development.
Both meters fully comply with the requirements of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No 719 "On confirmation of production of industrial products in the Russian Federation" dated July 17, 2015, and are included in the relevant Register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
These meters were designed in close cooperation with Russian manufacturers, including cases and molds for their production. Meters are manufactured in Kaluga and Tula from domestic polymers.
Avtopribor manufactures current transformers with an amorphous core for meters and supplies load control relays.
Mikron JSC supplies interface microcircuits, voltage regulators, memory chips, and MCUs.
NIIET JSC supplies Russian high-performance MCUs for three-phase meters.
«In an unstable international environment, the use of Russian components allows us to ensure stable production and delivery of our products to end customers. It’s worth noting that domestic solutions are quite competitive in terms of price,» Andrey Zheltov, Director of BULAT R&D Center.
Alexander Komarov, General Director of BULAT LLC, has noted that by joint efforts the company managed to create a partner chain that can manufacture up to 200 thousand meters a year and work further to expand the volume.
